All orders placed on our store are carefully prepared and processed once production is complete.
Ours MATTR Cardholder is currently available as part of our first production run (pre-order). Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Pre-Orders & Production Timeline
Items marked as Pre-Order are not yet in stock.

Pre-order items ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase

Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
