Purchase Options

We offer products for purchase as either pre-orders or in-stock items, which will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the purchase option selected.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are part of a limited production run and are not yet in stock at the time of purchase.

  • Pre-order items are expected to ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase

  • This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production or logistics delays

  • Customers will be notified via email of any significant changes to the expected shipping timeline

Pre-Order Cancellations

We understand plans can change.

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has shipped for a full refund

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns Policy

In-Stock Orders

Orders for in-stock items are processed quickly.

  • In-stock orders may be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once an in-stock order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was cancelled before shipment

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Issues with payment authorization

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
